1. How to add/edit employee to pension?

To change the EPF and EPS contribution of any employee, you can follow the path and steps below:

Path: Admin Cloud > smHRt Search > open employee profile > Profile >Employee Details > change/add EPS contribution and EPF contribution as required > Save

Step 1: Login to Cloud portal, go to ‘smHRt Search’, type the employee name and go to the ‘Employee Profile’.

Step 2: In the employee profile, select the ‘Profile’ tab and click on ‘Employee Details’ options.

Step 3: Add/Change the EPF and EPS contribution from ‘EPF.PF%’ and ‘Pension fund (%)’ section as required and scroll down to click on ‘Save’.

Note: If you want to keep 12% on EPF then you have to enable the EPF 12% check box.
