🔹Configuration Fields
1. How to add new column/new field in master field of employee profile?
Path: Cloud > Settings > HR > Configuration Fields > To add click (+) > Add the field name > Label Name > Field Type (Text/Integer/Date/single) > Field Size Value > Behaviours type like Cell Type / Order No / Panel as required > tick the other filed like mandatory/trans field/filter/timeline as required > Save
Step 1: Login to Cloud, using your admin credentials, go to ‘Settings’ in the menu and click on ‘HR’ tab.

Step 2: Select ‘Configuration Fields’, and click on ‘+ sign’ in the corner.

Step 3: Add the field name, Label Name, Field Type (Text/Integer/Date/single), Field Size Value, Behaviours type (like Cell Type / Order No / Panel) as required, tick the other filed (like mandatory/trans field/filter/timeline) as required.

Step 4: Click ‘Save’ after filling all details and the saved configuration field will be visible in ‘Employee Configuration’ page.

2. How to extend the master filed spaces like IFSC, bank branch code, bank name, etc space?
Path: Cloud >> Settings >> HR >> Configuration field >> Press "Ctrl + F" >> search for bank/ branch code or whatever configuration you have saved >> select the edit option >> and increase the field size >> Update.
Step 1: Login to cloud portal, go to ‘Settings’ in the menu and select ‘HR’ tab.

Step 2: Select ‘Configuration field’, and press ‘CTRL+F’ to search ‘Bank/ Branch code’ or whatever configuration you have saved.


Step 3: Click on the ‘Edit Button’, increase the ‘Field Size’, and select ‘Update’.

3. How to Create Reporting Manager Field?
To create reporting manager field please follow the path below
Path: Cloud> Settings> HR> Configuration field> Plus icon > Fill in the ‘Field details’ (Field name, label name, field Type, field size > Fill in the ‘Behavior details’ (Cell-type: Pop-up, order, Panel: Employee {so the field will be visible in ‘Employee details’} > Click the ‘mandatory’ radio button > Save.
Step 1: Go to cloud portal, select ‘Settings’ menu, and click on ‘HR’ tab.

Step 2: Select ‘Configuration field’, and click on ‘Plus icon’ on the right corner.

Step 3: Fill the ‘Field Details’ such as ‘Field Name’, ‘Label Name (reporting manager), ‘Filed Type’ (TEXT), and ‘Field Size’.

Step 4: Fill in the ‘Behavior’ field, such as ‘Cell Type’ as Pop-up, Order no (as per your requirement), and select ‘Panel’ as ‘Employee’ from the drop down.
(If you set the panel as ‘Employee’ then, the reporting manager field will be visible in ‘Employee detail’ field of ‘Employee profile’ under ‘Profile’ Tab).

Note: If you select the ‘Panel’ as ‘Personal’ from the drop down, then the ‘Reporting Manager’ field will be visible in the ‘Personal Detail’ field of ‘Employee profile’ under ‘Profile’ Tab.


Step 5: Click on ‘Mandatory’ button and select ‘Save’.
