Path: Cloud login> Settings > Learning > Assign Learning Program > Click on "Click here to view assigned employee records" to check the assigned learning date
Step 1: Login to cloud portal, go to ‘Settings’ menu, select ‘learning’ tab and click on ‘Assign Learning Program’.
Step 2: Click on "Click here to view assigned employee records" to check the assigned learning date. The list of employees assigned to the scheduled training date will be visible after clicking on it.
Path: Cloud Portal > Settings > Learning > Assign Learning Program > Select Learning Type and Learning Name > Filter Icon > Select Employee status and Select employee to whom you want to assign the training > Apply> Submit.
Step 1: Login to cloud, select ‘Settings’ menu, and click on ‘Learning’ tab.
Step 2: Select the ‘Learning Type’ and ‘Learning Tab’ from the dropdown and click on the ‘Filter icon’ in the top right corner.
Step 3: Select ‘Employee Status’, ‘Select Employee’ to whom you want to assign the training by typing their name or employee code, click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘Submit’.
Note- You can also exclude specific employee(s) if you have included all employees from the ‘Select Employee’ filter whom you don’t want to assign the training sessions by choosing their name/names in the ‘Exclude Employee Section’ and clicking on ‘Submit’.
You can check the assigned employee for learning module the following path below:

Step 1: Login to cloud portal, go to ‘Settings’ menu, select ‘Learning’ tab and click on ‘Assign Learning Program’.
Step 2: Select ‘Click here to view assigned employee record’. You can view the list of members assigned to the training.
