1. How to make changes in the career page or edit career page?

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Settings’ menu and under the ‘Recruitment’ tab click on the ‘Career Page’ subtab.

Step 2: Select the colour from the ‘Color Theme’ field and the ‘Layout’ as required and click on the ‘Save’ button.

Path: Cloud Portal>Settings>Recruitment>Career Page>select colour theme and layout >Save

2. How to make any fields mandatory or non-mandatory for various settings and configuration options in Hire module?

How to remove the star denoting compulsory field in the hire module?

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Settings’ menu and under the ‘Recruitment’ tab click on the ‘Profile Settings’ subtab.

Step 2: Select the ‘Candidate’ or ‘Jobs’ option as required them proceed to select options for the concerned fields as needed.

The meaning of the options to be selected is listed below.

Required – Makes the field required/mandatory (You need to fill values to proceed further) Optional – Makes the field non-mandatory/ non-required (you can proceed with process without filling the values) Off – The field will be disabled Profile – The field will be visible on the profile page Career - The field will be visible on the career page

Step 3: Scroll down to click on the ‘Save’ button. The changes will be saved and reflected accordingly.

Note:

  • You can also preview the changes for Card, Profile and Career pages

  • Also check the notes added in page for: Required, Optional, eye icons for reference

Path: Cloud Portal > Settings > Recruitment > Profile Settings> Candidate or Job > select options for various field as required > Save
