1. How to add asset details?
Path: Cloud Portal>Settings>HR>Asset List>click+’ icon>fill in required details>Submit
Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘ESS Settings’ and under the ‘HR’ tab click on the ‘Asset List’ subtab.

Step 2: Click on the ‘+’ icon towards the upper right side of the screen.

Step 3: Fill in the required details in the respective fields and click on the ‘Submit’ button. The asset will be added in the list accordingly.

2. How to add location in asset management option?
To add location for Asset kindly follow the path below:
Path: cloud login > Go to Settings > HR > Asset List > Click on the Edit icon of the asset > Set the Default Location > Submit.
Step 1: Log in to the 'cloud' portal and go to 'Settings'.
Step 2: Under the 'HR' tab, select 'Asset List'.
Step 3: Click on the 'Edit icon' of the asset and 'Set the Default Location'. Then click on 'Submit'.
