1. How to Add Learning Certificate Template?
You can add the Template section by adding it in letter head. Follow the path below to know the process:
Path: Cloud Portal > Settings > HR > HR-letter > Plus (+) icon > Select Template Type as Learning Certificate from the drop-down Fill in details (as per Your need) > Save Template
Step 1: Login to the cloud portal, go to the βSettingβ menu, and select βHRβ tab.

Step 2: Then select βHR Letterβ option, and click on the β+ iconβ on the right corner.

Step 3: Select βTemplate Typeβ as βLearning Certificateβ from the drop-down, fill in other details such as enter βTemplate nameβ as per your need, fill in the βSubjectβ, and other details as per your requirement, then scroll down to click on βSave Templateβ.

2. How to put signature in any (confirmation, appointment, etc) letter?
To put the signature in the confirmation letter you can showcase it by adding a signature image in the confirmation letter while configuration by following path as:
Path: Login to Cloud > Settings > HR > HR Letter > Click on the three dots in front of the letter to Edit > Click on insert > Image > select the signature image by clicking on the icon at the right-side pf the βSourceβ column > check the dimension > Click on OK > Save Template.
Step 1: Login to the cloud portal, go to βSettingsβ menu and select βHRβ tab.

Step 2: Select βHR letter βoption, then click on the β3 dotsβ of the letter in which you want to add the image for signature and click on βEditβ option.

Step 3: From the βInsertβ drop-down select βImageβ option, then in the βSourceβ field, click on the βIconβ on the right, to upload the signature image from your system (After uploading, the system will automatically fetch other details such as source link, image title, dimensions, etc). Note: You can change the βDimensionsβ of the image as per your need from the βDimensionβ field manually.



Step 4: After making changes in dimensions if required, click on βOkβ and the scroll down to select βSave Templateβ.

3. How can we modify the offer letter we have configured in the system?
To modify the offer letter or any letter template you can do it form the path below: Path: Cloud login > Go to Settings > HR > HR Letter > Click on the three dots of the Offer Letter label > Click on Edit > Make the changes as per requirement > Save template Step 1: Log in to the βCloudβ portal and go to the βSettingsβ menu.

Step 2: Under the βHRβ tab, select βHR Letterβ.

Step 3: Click on the three dots of the βOffer Letterβ label and click on βEditβ.

Step 4: Make the changes as per requirement and scroll down to click βSave templateβ.
