This page explains how to add new employees to the dashboard after their recruitment.
Pocket HRMS allows you to add more than one employee at once using its import option. Shown below are the steps involved in uploading new employees in the company.

Note - Kindly contact your Admin/ HR for rights if you are not able to perform the steps below.
How to add new employee:
Step 1: Go to 'Employee'
Step 2: Select 'Employee List'. Here you can view all your previously added employees. Click on the 'Employee Wizard' option as shown in the screenshot below to add a new employee.
Step 3: A window asking for the basic details of an employee will appear. Fill all the mandatory and required parameters like employee code, employee name, ESI details, DOB, etc.
Once you finish, click on 'Next' as shown below. Now you need to fill in employee details, personal details, salary details, approval matrix, and so on. After you successfully provide all the details asked, click on 'Finish'.
Note: You can also upload more than one employees all at once. Find the steps below.
Step 4: Go to 'Employee' and select 'Import'
Here you can upload an excel file containing basic employees' data. You need to select the import template first; which contains employee master, employee history, amendment, etc.
Also, select columns for parameters in the sheet respectively for accurate data integration and right employee import.
After you successfully upload the file and fill in the required details, click on 'Save Settings'.
