STEPS:

Step 1: We check the employees geo tracking is activate or not in punch activate.

Path: ESS Settings >> Leave>> Activate punch>> Punch Activate >> Geo Tracking Activate.

Step 2: We can enable geo tracking activation with a selective option of "Yes" or "No." If "Yes" is selected, geo tracking will be activated, and if "No" is selected, geo tracking will not be activated.

Path: ESS Settings>> Profile info >> Global Setting >> Geo Tracking>>yes

Step 3: In the Global settings, there is an option available to define the time period during which employee tracking will cease if they fail to punch out or forget to do so in the ESS application. This setting can be adjusted using the screenshot provided below.

Step 4: Login the ESS Portal with admin or Manager credentials where we can check the employee geo tracking coordinates.

Path: Leave >> Geo Tracking >> Geo Track Admin >> Geo Track Employee >> Geo Track Manager.

Step 5: Administrators or managers with appropriate permissions can view a timeline of employee punch in/punch out events along with their corresponding geo locations.

Note: When an employee punches in using the mobile application, they will receive a notification indicating that geo tracking has been initiated. Similarly, when the employee punches out using the mobile application, they will receive a notification indicating that geo tracking has been deactivated.
