Step 1: Log into the ESS portal, go to the ‘Leave’ menu and click on the ‘My Report’ submenu.
Step 2: Under the ‘Leave Balance’ tab you can check balance for various leaves including optional leave.

Step 1: Log into the ESS portal, go to the ‘Leave’ menu and click on the ‘Employee Report’ or ‘My Team Report’ depending on your role?
Step 2: Click on the ‘More’ to reveal more and select the ‘Attendance Regualrization’ tab.
Step 3: Select ‘Report Type’ (All, Approved, Pending, Rejected), Date Range and click on the ‘Search’ the results will appear accordingly. Click on the ‘Download’ button and the report will be downloaded.
Path: Leave>Employee Report/My Team Report >More >Attendance Regularisation >Report Type (All/Approved/Pending/Rejected) >select date range > Search>Download
Step 1: Log into the ESS portal go to the ‘Leave’ menu and click on the ‘Employee Report’ or ‘My Team Report’ depending on your role.
Step 2: Click on the ‘More’ tab and click on the ‘Punch In-Out Report’ option.
Step 3: Select Report Type, Date Range and click on the ‘Search’ button. The results will appear, click on the ‘Export to Excel’ button and in-out mobile punch the report will be downloaded accordingly.
Note: Use ‘Select Employee’ field to download the report for an individual employee.

Step 1: Log into the ESS portal, go to the ‘Leave’ menu and click on the ‘My Team Report’ or ‘Employee Report’ depending on your goal.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Leave Detail’ tab, fill in required details such as Leave Status, Leave Type, Date Range and click on the ‘Search’ button. The results will appear, click on the ‘Download Excel’ button and the report will be downloaded accordingly.
Note: To download report for the particular employee, select them from the ‘Employee’ field.

Step 2: Go to the ‘In Out Details’ tab, select Report Type as ‘Detailed Report’, Date Range and click on the ‘Search’ button
Step 3: You can check the in and out locations in the ‘LOCATION IN’ and ‘LOCATION OUT’ columns. Click on the ‘Export Excel’ button to download the report.
Note: To get the report for a single day select the same date in the both ‘To Date’ and ‘From Date’ fields.

Step 1: Log into the ESS portal with your admin credentials. Go to the ‘Leave’ app and click on the ‘Employee Report’ submenu.
Step 2: Click on the ‘More’ and select the ‘Permission Report’ tab.
Step 3: Select the Report Type (All/Pending/Approved) and the Date range as required and click on the ‘Search’ button.
Step 4: The permission entries will appear. Click on the ‘Export to Excel’ button and the report will be downloaded accordingly.

Path: ESS Portal (Manager or HR credentials)>Leave>My Team Report/Employee Report>Annual Attendance Summary>select Date Range>Search>Export to Excel
Step 1: Log into the ESS portal with the manager or HR credentials. Go to the ‘Leave’ menu and click on the ‘My Team Report’ or the ‘Employee Report’ submenu depending on your role.
Step 2: Select the ‘Annual Attendance Summary’ tab, select Date Range from the respective fields and click on the ‘Search’ button.
Step 3: Results will appear, click on the ‘Export to Excel’ button and the report will be downloaded accordingly.
Note: If you want to download the report for the particular employee select them from the 'Employee Code' field or else leave it vacant.

Note: If you want to download a report for a single an individual employee, select them from the ‘Employee Code’ field or else keep it blank.
Path: HR/Admin ESS portal > Leave > Employee Report >Leave Details > Leave Status > other details > Search > click button under ‘Leave Type’ column > check reason under the ‘Manager Remark’
Step 1: Log into the ESS portal with the HR or admin credentials. Go to the ‘Leave’ menu and click on the ‘Employee Report’ submenu.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Leave Details’ tab select the Leave Status (Approved, Rejected), Leave Type, Date Range (max. 31 days) and click on the ‘Search’ button.
Step 3: Click on the respective button under the ‘Leave Type’ column for the required leave entry and a pop-up will open.
Step 4: Under the ‘Manager Remark’ you can view the reason for the approval or rejection of the leave request.
Note: If you want to check leave entries for a particular person, select them from the ‘Employee’ field.
Path: HR/Admin ESS portal > Leave > Employee Report >Leave Details > Leave Status > other details > Search > click button under ‘Leave Type’ column > check the Manager under the Name column
Step 1: Log into the ESS portal with the HR or admin credentials. Go to the ‘Leave’ menu and click on the ‘Employee Report’ submenu.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Leave Details’ tab select the Leave Status (Approved, Rejected), Leave Type, Date Range (max. 31 days) and click on the ‘Search’ button.
Step 3: Click on the respective button under the ‘Leave Type’ column for the required leave entry and a pop-up will open.
Step 4: Under the ‘Name’ column, you can view the name of the manager who approved or rejected the leave request.
Note: If you want to check leave entries for a particular person, select them from the ‘Employee’ field.
Note: You select the ‘Leave Type’ as ‘Optional’ from the dropdown to request an optional leave.
