Step 1: Log into the cloud portal and click on the ‘ESS Setting’ menu.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Leave’ tab and select ‘Activate Punch’ subtab. Select the checkbox under the ‘Punch Activate’ column for the respective employee and click on the ‘Save’ button.
The Punch-in and Punch-out will be activated for the employee for their ESS mobile app.

2. How to get email notification when employee’s leave is approved by all the concerned managers?
Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go the ‘ESS Settings’ menu and under the ‘Leave’ tab click on the ‘OLTS Configuration’ subtab.
Step 2: In the ‘Leave Intimation Mail’ field enter the email-id on which you want to be notified after employee’s leave get approved and click on the ‘Save’ button. You will be notified on this email about employee’s final leave approval.

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘ESS Settings’ under the ‘Leave’ tab, click on the ‘Activate Punch’ subtab.

Step 2: You can use the search field at the top to find the employee for whom you want to deactivate the punch. Uncheck the respective box for the employee from the ‘Geo Tracking Activate’ column and click on the ‘Save’ button.

Step 2: Fill in the required values in the ‘Auto Punch Hours’ fields, enter other details and click on the ‘Save’ button. Auto punch settings will be saved.

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘ESS Setting’ menu and under the ‘Leave’ tab and click ‘Activate Punch’ subtab.

Step 2: Uncheck/deselect the checkbox under the ‘Punch Activate’ column for the employee, whose punch you want to deactivate and click on the ‘Save’ button. The Punch-in and Punch-out will be deactivated for the employee.

6. How to give approval for all/each/every punch? How to make approval required for all punch in or punch out for employees?
Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘ESS Setting’ menu and under the ‘Leave’ tab and click ‘OLTS Configuration’ subtab.
Step 2: From the ‘Approval Required for attendance through ESS’ field select ‘Yes’ option and click on the ‘Save’ button. Approval will be necessary for employee’s punch in and punch out.

Note: If you don’t want to activate approval for punch in/out select the option ‘NO’ from the ‘Approval Required for attendance through ESS’ field.

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘ESS Settings’ menu and under the ‘Leave’ tab, click on the ‘Activate Punch’ subtab.
Step 2: Under the ‘Selfie Activate’ column, untick the checkbox for the employee for whom you want to deactivate selfie attendance.

Step 3: To activate the normal punch tick the respective checkbox under the ‘Punch Activate’ column and click on the ‘Save’ button.

Path: Cloud Log in> ESS Settings > Leave > Device Lock > Add the employee code/name in select employee field > search > select reset and after reset the current device will be locked.
Step 1: Login to cloud portal, go to ‘ESS Settings’ Menu, select ‘Leave’ tab, and click on ‘Device Lock’.

Step 2: Add the employee code/name in ‘Select Employee’ field, click on ‘Search’, select ‘Reset’ and after clicking on reset, the current device will be locked.
