With this update, we have introduced the option to attach documents with leave requests and restrict employees from making leave requests beyond a certain date. We have also added the option to allocate the duties of the leave day with a colleague while applying for leave. We have also enabled the option to view previous appraisals of employees for both the manager and employees as well as the option to download detailed performance review reports or a summarized version.
The HR or Administrator can enable the option to make it mandatory to attach documents with leave requests. By making it obligatory for employees to attach relevant documents such as medical certificates or official approvals, the company can validate the authenticity of leave requests. This feature streamlines the approval process, reducing the likelihood of false claims and ensuring compliance with company policies.
We are implementing a leave restriction feature, where you can limit employees from applying for leave for past dates based on the number of days specified in the leave configuration. It facilitates fair leave management, prevents misuse, and encourages employees to adhere to leave policies, thereby promoting a cohesive and efficient workplace.

Our software now offers the ability for employees and managers to access past performance reviews and feedback enabling employees to track their progress and understand expectations. When manager transitions occur, the new manager's access to prior ratings and feedback ensures a seamless transition, continuity in performance assessment, and a holistic understanding of the employee's journey.
The employees can download their performance review reports either as a summary or in a detailed report format. That will make it easy to understand the performance highlights, key feedback, and achievements in a concise summary. Understand your strengths and areas for improvement at a glance.
