How to add new device or machine details?

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal and go to the ‘Settings’ menu. Under the ‘Attendance’ menu click on the ‘Device Master’ subtab and click on the ‘+’ icon from towards the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 2: In the Device Master pop-up, you need to enter details such as Machine No (Machine Number), Machine Name, Location, Set As in punch machine or punch out machine and click on the ‘Save’ button.

The machine details will be saved accordingly.

Note: If you want to use the same machine/device to register both punch in and punch out you need to leave the ‘Set As’ field vacant.

Path: Cloud Portal>Settings>Attendance>Device Master>click on ‘+’ icon>enter details>Save

How to edit or change device/machine details?

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal and go to the ‘Settings’ menu. Under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘Device Master’ subtab.

On the device master page, you will find various devices/machines added in the system

Step 2: Click on the ‘Edit Icon’ for the device for which you want to change some detail.

Step 3: In the Device Master pop-up, you can edit the Machine Name, Location, and ‘Set As’ punch in or punch out registration device. If you want to register both the punch from the same device leave the ‘Set As’ field vacant. Click on the ‘Save’ button and the changes will be accordingly.

Note: You cannot change/edit existing ‘Machine No.’ (machine number) once saved.

How to delete/remove device or machine from the system?

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal and go to the ‘Settings’ menu. Under the ‘Attendance’ menu click on the ‘Device Master’ subtab and click on the ‘+’ icon from towards the right-hand side of the screen.

On the device master page, you will find various devices/machines added in the system

Step 2: Click on the ‘Delete Icon’ for the device which you want to delete or remove.

Path: Cloud Portal>Settings>Attendance>Device Master>click on ‘Delete Icon’>enter details>Save
