This page provides the steps for approving the leave requests from your employees. You will be able to do this process using any of the following 4 methods:
ESS
Mobile App
App Notification
✔️Admin credentials
✔️User rights
Note - Kindly contact your Admin/ HR for rights if you are not able to perform the steps below.
Step 1: Select ‘Leave’ and then ‘Approval’ from the left side menu.
Step 2: Select ‘Leave’ tab at the top.
Step 3: Select the bullet points / radio buttons next to each request’s row to accept or reject the requests.
Step 4: Alternatively, you can select the check box next to ‘ACCEPT’ or ‘REJECT’ to approve or reject all of the requests.
Step 5: Once you are satisfied with the selections, select the button ‘Save’ to confirm the changes.
Step 1: Open the side menu by tapping on the ‘Hamburger Menu Icon’ and select the option ‘Leave’.
Step 2: Tap on the option ‘Approval’.
Step 3: Tap on the ‘Leave’ tab at the top.
Step 4: Approval: Tap on the ‘Approve’ button corresponding to each leave request to approve it and get the ‘Success’ notification at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5: Rejection: Tap on the ‘Reject’ button corresponding to each leave request to reject it and provide the reason for the same in the pop-up menu and select ‘Ok’ to confirm your selection.
Step 1: Tap on the bell icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Tap on the leave request notification titled, ‘Leave Applied’
Step 3: Approval: Tap on the ‘Approve’ button corresponding to the leave request to approve it and get the ‘Success’ notification at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Rejection: Tap on the ‘Reject’ button corresponding to the leave request to reject it and provide the reason for the same in the pop-up menu and select ‘Ok’ to confirm your selection.
Step 1: You will get a leave approval email with the ‘Approve’ and ‘Reject’ links.
Step 2: Approval: On clicking the ‘Approve’ link, a new window or tab will open informing that you have approved the request.
Step 3: Rejection: On clicking the rejection link, a new window or tab will open where you need to enter the reason for rejection and click on ‘Save’ to reject the request.
Step 1: Select ‘Leave’ and then ‘My Team Report’ from the left side menu.
Step 2: Select ‘Leave Details’ tab at the top.
Step 3: Search for the employee’s name, the type of report, as well as the period for which you need to generate the report. Once selected, select the ‘Search’ button.

Step 1: Log into the ESS portal, go to the ‘Leave’ menu and click on the ‘Geo-tracking’ submenu.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Geo Track Manger’ tab, ‘Choose Employee’ and the Date from the respective fields.
The geo-tracking details of employee will appear for the selected date and you can see the ‘location pins’ on the map.
