Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Attendance’ menu, click on the ‘Utilities’ submenu and select ‘In Out Import’ option.
Step 2: To run ‘In Out Import’ for individual employees you can select employees from the ‘Select Employees’ field or else leave it vacant.
Step 3: Select the ‘Category’, ‘Date Range’ and select checkboxes for options as required. Click on the ‘Import’ button and the system will run the ‘In and Out Import’ accordingly.

Once all the above preconditions are taken care of you can follow following steps for in out import for the employee.
Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Attendance’ menu, under the ‘Utilities’ submenu click on the ‘In Out Import’ option.
Step 2: Select Category, Date and checkboxes for required option and click on the ‘Import’ button.
Note: If you are running in out import for individual employee select them from ‘Select Employee’ field. Path: Cloud portal>Attendance>Utilities>In Out Import>select details>Import
