# Email Templates

Email module of Pocket HRMS dashboard helps you create and customize HR templates in clicks. 

Automated HR template generation helps make employee handling and HRM less time-consuming. Given below are steps involved in editing HR email templates. 

**How to create new email templates?**

**Step 1:** Go to 'Settings'

**Step 2:** Proceed to 'Organization' module

**Step 3:** Select 'Email Templates' option

Here, you can preview and edit email templates like payslip, Form16, password reset email, etc.
