At Pocket HRMS, our dedication to enhancing user experiences remains unwavering. In our continuous pursuit of excellence, we are thrilled to announce a series of exciting enhancements. Our latest upgrades redefine HR management. The upgrades are intended to personalize and simplify use experience. For the months of April & May, we have the following enhancements:

Personalized Log in Screens

Personalization meets professionalism with our latest feature. Admins can now add up to four images and a group company logo to the ESS Portal Login screen, creating a tailored and branded experience for every user.

Unified Approval System

Managing approvals across multiple companies has never been simpler. Admins can configure approval matrices for employees based on cross-company criteria. For example, suppose, Sam is an employee and Rakesh is a manager in XYZ Company. There is another employee Rajesh who is a manager at ABC Company. With Pocket HRMS, Sam’s approval matrix can be set as Approver 1 (Rakesh) and Approver 2 (Rajesh).

Understanding Monthly Variance

Understanding your data is key to informed decision-making. Now, admins can effortlessly download variance reports for consecutive months using Pocket HRMS, enabling in-depth analysis and strategic planning.

Streamlined Appraisals: Deleting Hassle-Free

Our appraisal module has been enhanced for comprehensive performance evaluation. Admins can now delete various types of appraisals, including those with KPIs and stage-wise appraisals. Additionally, the introduction of Appraisal Peer Ratings allows for a nuanced evaluation process.

Peer Contributions for Appraisals

The admin can create new users for the sole purpose of Appraisal Peer ratings for the employees. The new user will only have access to the appraisal module. The admin can define various parameters, questions and assign managers as well for the appraisal.

Quantifiable Objectives: KPIs as Integers

Precision is paramount. Users can define KPI fields with numerical values, ensuring accurate assessment based on predefined KRA marks in the Appraisal Parameters. This feature maintains clarity and consistency in performance evaluations.

Flexible Managers' Attendance Control

Flexibility for managers and admins is at the heart of our updates. Managers can manually mark attendance and update overtime hours for their teams, streamlining the process for present and backdated dates. Admins, too, can efficiently manage attendance records with this functionality.

Transparent Claim Approval

Financial transactions are made effortless. Finance approvers can now enter the final claim amount to be disbursed to employees, accompanied by remarks. This transparent process ensures clarity for employees initiating requests, fostering trust and efficiency.
