Reminder Settings

Add reminders which can be configured to be group-wise and priority-wise as well as set the TAT.

Introduction

This page will help you configure reminders for tickets as per their defined group, priority and TAT.

Pre-requisites:

Note - Kindly contact your Admin/ HR for rights if you are not able to perform the steps below.

Steps

How to configure the settings for reminders:

Step 1: Select 'ESS Settings' from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select โ€˜HelpDeskโ€™ tab inside the ESS Settings page.

Step 3: Select 'Reminder Settings' tab from the tabs section to the left of the HelpDesk page.

Step 4: Select the relevant settings and select the 'Save' button to save the reminder settings.

How to create a new reminder:

Step 1: Select 'ESS Settings' from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select โ€˜HelpDeskโ€™ tab inside the ESS Settings page.

Step 3: Select 'Reminder Settings' tab from the tabs section to the left of the HelpDesk page.

Step 4: Select โ€˜+โ€™ icon as shown below.

Step 5: Enter the relevant details and select the 'Save' button to create a new reminder.

How to edit an existing reminder:

Step 1: Select 'ESS Settings' from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select โ€˜HelpDeskโ€™ tab inside the ESS Settings page.

Step 3: Select 'Reminder Settings' tab from the tabs section to the left of the HelpDesk page.

Step 4: Select the edit icon corresponding to the reminder that needs to be edited.

Step 5: Change the relevant details and select the 'Edit' button to edit the selected reminder.
