# Reminder Settings

**How to configure the settings for reminders:**

**Step 1**: Select 'ESS Settings' from the left side menu.

**Step 2**: Select ‘HelpDesk’ tab inside the ESS Settings page.

**Step 3:** Select 'Reminder Settings' tab from the tabs section to the left of the HelpDesk page.

**Step 4:** Select the relevant settings and select the 'Save' button to save the reminder settings.

**How to create a new reminder:**

**Step 1**: Select 'ESS Settings' from the left side menu.

**Step 2**: Select ‘HelpDesk’ tab inside the ESS Settings page.

**Step 3:** Select 'Reminder Settings' tab from the tabs section to the left of the HelpDesk page.

**Step 4:** Select ‘+’ icon as shown below.

**Step 5:** Enter the relevant details and select the 'Save' button to create a new reminder.

**How to edit an existing reminder:**

**Step 1**: Select 'ESS Settings' from the left side menu.

**Step 2**: Select ‘HelpDesk’ tab inside the ESS Settings page.

**Step 3:** Select 'Reminder Settings' tab from the tabs section to the left of the HelpDesk page.

**Step 4:** Select the edit icon corresponding to the reminder that needs to be edited.

**Step 5:** Change the relevant details and select the 'Edit' button to edit the selected reminder.
