# Zoom

### Introduction

This document serves as a guide to utilzing the zoom integration with Pocket HRMS to schedule virtual interviews. The integration would only be accessible to zoom users who are:

* Pocket HRMS subscribers
* Have HR Admin rights on Pocket HRMS to activate or deactivate the Zoom Integration
* Have Manager Admin rights to use the app for scheduling interviews

### Activating the Zoom Integration

1\. Login into [Cloud Platform](https://cloud.pockethrms.com) with Valid log in details.

2\. After successfully logging in, click on the 'Setting' menu item and then on 'Integrations' menu.

3\. Click on the '[Zoom](https://cloud.pockethrms.com/Settings/Employee/Index?module=Integration\&submodule=Zoom)' menu.

4\. If you want to enable settings for zoom, check the enable button, and it will redirect to the zoom login page, enter valid login credentials and after successfully login into zoom website it will redirect into cloud setting page.

### **Scheduling virtual interview using Zoom integration:**

1\. Login into [ESS Pocket](https://ess.pockethrms.com)

2\. After log in, click on **Hire** menu, click on **Candidate** submenu option and then select **Candidates Tab**

3\. Click on More Options and then click on **Schedule an Interview** menu

4\. A form will pop up. Enter the email ID where you would receive the zoom meet link details and fill the required fields with any test data inputs.

5\. Now, select **Zoom** from the **Interview Medium** dropdown.

Please note: In order to be able to view **Zoom** as an option, you need to have successfully completed the above Steps and enabled the Zoom integration from the cloud platform. Otherwise, the option would not be activated and visible for selection.

6\. Finally, click on **Send Mail** button

7\. The Mail will be sent to your mail id and the link will be added directly to that mail

### De-activating the Zoom Integration

1\. Login into [Cloud Platform](https://cloud.pockethrms.com) with Valid log in details.

2\. After successfully logging in, click on the 'Setting' menu item and then on 'Integrations' menu.

3\. Click on the '[Zoom](https://cloud.pockethrms.com/Settings/Employee/Index?module=Integration\&submodule=Zoom)' menu.

4\. If you want to Disable settings for zoom, check the enable button to Disable, and it will Disable zoom.
