The Recruitment module in Pocket HRMS can help ease all the risky tasks with its automated system.

Define the interview panel and the recruiter for a specific job, adding flexibility to the interview and recruitment.
Step 1: Select ‘Hire’ and then ‘Candidate’ from the left side menu.
Step 2: Select the ‘Candidates’ tab at the top.
Step 3: Click on the ‘+ Add’ button in the top right corner.
Step 4: Enter the required details in each tab from ‘Basic Details’, ‘Education & Work Experience’, to the ‘Apply for Job’ tab.
1. Login into ESS Pocket
2. After login, click on the Hire menu, click on the Candidate submenu option and then select the Candidates Tab
3. Click on More Options and then click on Schedule an Interview menu
4. A form will pop up. Enter the email ID where you would receive the zoom meet link details and fill the required fields with any test data inputs.
5. Now, select Zoom from the Interview Medium dropdown.
6. Finally, click on the Send Mail button
7. The Mail will be sent to your mail id and the link will be added directly to that mail.
Step 1: Select ‘Hire’ and then ‘Candidate’ from the left side menu.
Step 2: Select ‘Candidates’ tab at the top.
Step 3: Open the Profile of the Candidate
Step 4: Click on the Delete icon put your remarks and Click on “YES”, The selected candidate will be deleted from the portal.
