### Month Wise Joining Chart 

The month-wise joining chart is a visual or graphical representation of the number of new employees who joined the organization each month. It can be used to monitor the effectiveness of the organization's recruitment strategies, identify any issues or gaps in the recruitment process, and make data-driven decisions. That way it can help to optimize the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.

**Step 1:** Log into the cloud portal and click on the ‘Analytics’ menu. 

**Step 2:** Click on ‘Create a Dashboard’ and select settings as shown below and click on the ‘Save’ button.

**Step 3:** Click the ‘Analytics’ menu and select the Dashboard page name you created.
