Leave Debit

Log into the cloud portal with Pocket HRMS cloud portal with admin credentials. Click on the leave menu from the left-hand side menu bar, click on the Transactions submenu. Then click on the and Leave Debit and that present you a pop-up window.

Here you search for a particular employee as well as use the radio buttons to choose employees those who Left, Live in organization or All the employees present in the system. You can easily select the employee you were looking for.

After the Search you can easily Select the employee you were looking for. Here for example let’s select Kunal Sharma.

When click on the ‘Leave’ tab you can explore various employee ‘Leave Entry’ in the system.

Details for various types of leaves configured such as Paid Leave, Compensatory Off and more will be displayed in visually appealing format. That makes it easier for you to quickly grasp details such as Opening- Opening balance

Credit - Leaves credited

Debit - Leaves debited

Used - Leaves Utilized

Available- Remaining leave balance

To create a new leave debit entry, click on the ‘+’ icon on the ‘Leave Entry’ bar that will give you ‘Add Leave’ pop-up window.

Click on the ‘Debit Leave’ tab, here you can select the ‘Leave Type’ configured in the system from the drop down.

Once you select the leave type system will fetch the count for the ‘Balance’ leaves in the respective field. This will save you effort to go back and check the balance as well as avoid errors that might happen in manual calculation.

Now you can easily enter the date range for which you want to debit the leaves for this employee.

Based on the date range you selected the system will calculate the number of days. You can select the ‘Half Day’ check box it necessary and add remark to make it more informative. Next click on the save button,

The system will show you the leave debit entry you just made with essential so you can verify the details and click on the ‘Delete’ or ‘Save’ button accordingly.

Once you save the entry you leave will be debited from the respective Leave Type.
