If you are not able to submit regularization request, check the following factors.
Self-service role assigned to employee
In the Role allocation where request or approval as required is set as per the employees self-service role
The manager is added for employee in approval matrix under the employee profile
Shift is assigned correctly to the employee
Request attendance regularization from ESS portal or Mobile according to the assigned shift

Step 1: Log into the ESS mobile app, click on the 3 lines menu icon. Go to the ‘Leave’ menu and click on the ‘Request’ submenu.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Leave’ tab, enter the required details from the respective fields and click on the ‘Save’ button.
Step 3: In the ‘Confirm Leave’ pop-up click on the ‘SUBMIT’ and the leave request will be submitted accordingly.
Path: ESS Mobile App > click 3 line icon > Leave > Request > Leave > enter details > Save >Submit

Step 1: Log into the ESS mobile app, go to the ‘3 line’ menu icon and under the ‘Leave’ tab click on the ‘Request’ submenu.
Step 2: Go to the ‘On Duty/ Work From Home’ tab, enter the required details in the respective fields and click on the ‘Save’ button. The request will be sent to respective manager for approval.
Path: ESS App> Leave > Request > On Duty/ Work From Home > enter details > Save

Step 1: Log into the ESS portal, go to the ‘Leave’ menu and click on the ‘Request’ submenu.
Step 2: Under the ‘Leave’ tab scroll down to the ‘Previous Leaves’ section. Here you can view all your previous leaves along with its status such as approved/pending or rejected.
Path: ESS Portal>Leave>Request>Leave>scroll down to ‘Previous Leaves’ section>check the ‘Status’ column for respective leave entries

If the leave is already approved as the manager to delete the leave
If the leave is pending for approval employee can delete that leave entry from their ESS
Once the leave is cancelled employee can request a leave again required.

1) Check ‘Employee Punch’ details to check if the employee has at least one punch entry to regularise. 2) check if the employee shift is assigned to the concerned employee.

1) Please check the error while applying leave (pops when you try to apply leave) 2) Please make sure if the role allocation is been correctly given to apply request for the employee user. 3) check if the user role allocation given to the employee 4) Check in leave configuration that if the employee is eligible for leave as per the leave settings of company policies.

To check the leave request from mobile application, follow the process below:
Path: ESS Employee Mobile > Leave > request > scroll down > click on previous leave > You can view the leave requests and its status on the same page.
Step 1: Login to ESS in mobile application, go to ‘Leave’ menu, ad select ‘Request’.
Step 2: Scroll down and click on ‘Previous Leave’.
Note: You can view the leave request on the same page.
