Request

This section enables you to place various requests, which are categorized under different tabs as follows:

Leave:

This page allows you to request leaves by filling in the required information and tapping on the 'Save' button.

Attendance Regularization:

This page allows you to place attendance regularization requests by selecting the button 'Update' against relevant dates.

On Duty / Work From Home:

This page allows you to place on-duty or 'work from home' requests by selecting the dates and tapping on the 'Save' button.

Permission:

This page allows you to request permissions by selecting the date and hours and then tapping on the 'Save' button.

Permission - From Hour to Hour:

This page allows you to request 'from hour to hour' permissions by selecting the date and hours and then tapping on the 'Save' button.

Set Address:

This page allows you to set the default address by selecting the 'Add' button at the bottom right corner.

Approval

This section enables you to view and approve or reject requests from your employees, which are categorized under different tabs as follows:

Leave:

This page allows you to approve or reject the leave requests by tapping on the relevant buttons.

Attendance Regularization:

This page allows you to approve or reject the attendance regularization requests by tapping on the relevant buttons.

On Duty:

This page allows you to approve or reject the on-duty requests by tapping on the relevant buttons.

Approve Punch Manager:

This page allows you to approve or reject the attendance punch requests by tapping on the relevant buttons.

My Report

This section allows you to view the different kinds of reports as shown below:

This page has the details of every employee's in and out details and you can also use the 'Filter' icon at the bottom right corner to view any particular information.

Leave Details:

This page has the details of every employee's leave details and you can also use the 'Filter' icon at the bottom right corner to view any particular information.

Punch In-Out Report:

This page has the details of every employee's approved punch in and out details and you can also use the 'Filter' icon at the bottom right corner to view any particular information.

Employee Report

This section allows you to view the different kinds of reports about the various teams apart from the ones specifically allotted to you, which are categorized under different tabs as shown below:

How to open or activate face recognition or selfie attendance in the ESS mobile app?

Step 1: Log into the ESS mobile app, click on the ‘3 Lines’ menu icon at the upper left corner of the screen and under the ‘Leave’ menu click on the ‘Face Recognition’ submenu.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Upload Icons’ to upload your 3 selfies or photos. Your uploaded selfies will go to HR for approval and the face recognition option or selfie attendance option will be activated once your HR approves it.
