We are thrilled to present our Monthly Update, with enhanced user-friendly tools to elevate your HR experience. Our commitment to innovation and efficiency drives us to bring you seamless updates that transform your HR processes. For the month of January, we have the following enhancements.
Now, you can set rules to automate approval or rejection of pending Regularization and On-Duty entries during time consolidation. All the entries will be automatically approved or rejected accordingly without manager intervention, saving time and boosting efficiency.
Easily limit the maximum week-offs employees can take each month to ensure compliance with company policies. A simple settings page lets you define the limit, and the system automatically prevents excess week-offs.
Now, the Sandwich Rule is more flexible! You can choose whether it applies to half-day leaves. Furthermore, you can apply it for any half-day or only when part of a continuous leave pattern. This prevents unnecessary leave deductions, aligns better with company policies, and makes leave management more precise and hassle-free.
Finding employees just got easier! We've added a filter option that lets you search based on specific criteria, so you no longer have to scroll through long lists. This saves time, improves usability, and makes manual attendance management faster and more efficient for managers and admins.
While in weekly off setting you will get both the Employee Code and Name together in the Employee Code field. Plus, the field is now searchable. You can simply type an Employee Code or Name to quickly find the right employee. This update reduces errors and makes managing weekly offs much smoother for HR and admins.
Easily manage work hours with break-shift configuration. HR/Admin can enable ‘Break Shift Required?’ to calculate hours using detailed break patterns or a simple first-in/last-out method. Employees can regularize missed punches, check shortfalls or extra hours, and request approvals.
Managers and HR/Admin can approve or reject requests, with mandatory comments for rejections. Missed punches are highlighted for better visibility. Detailed reports provide insights for employees, managers, and HR/Admin, ensuring accurate calculations, smoother workflows, and better tracking.
The ESS Consent Validation ensures employees confirm their consent before saving nominee details. If the checkbox isn’t checked, an alert prompts them to do so before proceeding.
In the Cloud Portal, the checkbox is pre-checked when submitted via ESS, and HR can manually check it while adding or editing details. For bulk imports, the consent is processed as ‘Yes’ if checked and ‘No’ if unchecked, ensuring smooth handling in all cases.
Give your Career Page a fresh, modern look with our new ‘Modern’ layout option. Simply select it from the Layout dropdown in Career Page settings, and enjoy a sleek, updated design that makes a great first impression.
Easily manage employee promotions with our new Promotion Tab. Update an employee’s designation, department, or both in just a few clicks. Once a promotion is added, the changes instantly reflect on their profile. Plus, employees can view their full promotion history anytime on the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal.
