# Hiring Stages of Candidate

**Introduction**

This page provides the steps for moving a candidate from ‘Sourced’ stage to ‘Hired’ stage.

**Pre-requisites**

:heavy\_check\_mark: Admin credentials

:heavy\_check\_mark: User rights

***Note:** Kindly contact your Admin/HR for rights if you are not able to perform the steps below.*

### **How to move a candidate from ‘Sourced’ stage to ‘Hired’ stage?**

**Step 1:** Select ‘Hire’ and then ‘Jobs’ from the left side menu.

**Step 2:** Select ‘Job Outline’ tab at the top.

**Step 3:** From the job list, you need to select the stage to view the candidates in that stage of the job process.

**Step 4:** Select the new stage against the candidate whose stage you wish to change and it will be updated in the system.

***Note:** You need to move the candidate to the ‘Offer’ stage to send them their self-service portal credentials and offer letter. The candidate will receive an email with the CSS portal link and its credentials. Once the candidate moves to the ‘Hire’ stage, it is displayed in onboarding management.*
