Career Milestone Overview

Our latest update brings you the Employee Timeline feature, providing Administrators and HR professionals with a comprehensive view of an employee's journey. From the date of joining and confirmation to increments, designation updates, and department changes, this feature offers a holistic understanding of an employee's career progression. It enables better decision-making by offering insights into the historical context of an employee's role within the organization.

Employee Expertise Peek

Incorporating user feedback, we’ve enhanced the Experience Field on the employee card. Now, by hovering over the information icon 'i' next to the 'Total Experience' field, users can instantly access a pop-up displaying the employee's previous work experience. Understanding backgrounds helps in the delegation of tasks for the managers.

Effortless Overtime Adjustments

We understand the need for flexibility in managing work hours. With our latest update, managers can now manually update employee overtime hours. This feature allows managers to tailor overtime records to reflect the actual work done, ensuring accurate compensation and work-hour tracking. It’s designed to simplify HR processes, providing managers with the tools they need to efficiently oversee their team's workload.

Focused Appraisal Access

Ensuring data confidentiality, we’ve introduced the 'View Only' access rights for specific managers regarding employee appraisals. This feature maintains data integrity while allowing managers to assess their team's performance comprehensively.
