To download a salary data or payroll data you first need to create a salary register first and then proceed to download it. Step for the same are given below.

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Analytics’ and select the ‘Data Wizard’ submenu.
Step 2: To create a new salary register click on the ‘+’ icon, enter the ‘Setting Name’ and click on the ‘Add’ button. Select ‘Report Type’, click on the ‘Add Fields’ button and the ‘Data Wizard’ pop-up will open.
Step 3: Click on the various tabs such as category, master fields, earning fields, deduction fields, user-defined fields and separation fields to select the respective fields to be included in the salary register and click on the ‘Save’ button.
Step 4: Select the ‘Report Type’, ‘Employee Status’, ‘From Month Year’ and click on the ‘Save’ button. The salary register will be created accordingly.
Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Analytics’ and select the ‘Data Wizard’ submenu.
Step 2: From the ‘Select Settings’ field select the salary register you created. Select the required fields such as report type, employee status, from month - year and other fields as required and click on the ‘Download’ button.
The salary register with salary data will be downloaded.
Path: Cloud portal > Analytics > Data Wizard > ‘+ Icon’ > Settings Name > Add > Report Type > Add Fields > select fields > Save > Report Type > Employee Status > From Month-Year > Save
>> Select Setting > Report Type > Employee Status > From Month-Year > Download

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Analytics’ menu and click on the ‘Data Wizard’ submenu.
Step 2: From the respective field ‘Select Settings’ or add new if required and click on the ‘Add Fields’ button and a Data Wizard pop-up will open.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Earning Fields’ tab and select the checkboxes of the respective arrear field such as Arrear Basic & Arrear Bonus. Similarly, you can select other fields like Supplementary, Over Time and more, to be included in the salary report and click on the ‘Save’ button.
Step 4: Select the ‘Report Type’, ‘Employee Status’ and ‘From Month-Year’ values in the respective fields as required and click on the ‘Download’ button. The salary report will be downloaded accordingly.
Path: Cloud>Analytics>Data Wizard>Select Setting/create settings-Salary register> Add Fields >Earning Details> add the required fields>Save>select required details>Download

You need to follow following steps
a. Check if the component is added in the salary register
b. Add that component in the salary register

Step 2: 'Select Settings' as ‘Salary Register’ from dropdown or create new settings as required. Click on the ‘Add Custom Formula’ button.
Step 3: Enter a ‘Display Name’ and add the custom new ‘Formula’ as required and click on the ‘Save’ button.
Step 4: Once you save the formula you will get back to the Data Wizard Report page. Click the ‘Save’ button to save the new formula in the salary register.

Step 2: ‘Select Settings’ as ‘Bank Sheet’/’Bank File’ or add settings as required. Continue to select and add details as per your requirements and bank format and click on the ’Save’ button.
Step 3: ‘Select Settings’ that you added, select Month and Year as required and click on the ‘Download’ button. The bank details or bank sheet will be downloaded accordingly.

Step 4: Select other require details such as Report Type, Employee Status, From Month-Year. Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the settings and then click on the ‘Download’ button. The confirmation report will be downloaded accordingly.

Step 4: Select other require details such as Report Type, Employee Status, From Month-Year. Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the settings and then click on the ‘Download’ button. The bank statement or the salary register with bank statement will be downloaded accordingly.
