How to approve timesheet entries?

Step 1: Select ‘Project’ and then ‘Approval’ from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select ‘Timesheet Approval’ tab at the top.

Step 3: Select the month and year and click on the ‘Search’ button to search for timesheet entries.

Step 4: You will be able to view the timesheet entries of all employees assigned to you. You can click on the ‘Details’ button against each entry to check the details.

Step 5: Click on either the ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ option against each entry to approve or reject each entry individually. You can also tick the ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ check box at the top of the list to approve or reject the entries in bulk.

Step 6: Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the timesheet approvals.

How to download your team’s timesheet reports?

Step 1: Select ‘Project’ and then ‘Team Report’ from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select ‘Timesheet Report’ tab at the top.

Step 3: Select the required parameters and click on the ‘Download Excel’ button to download the report.

How to create a new project?

Step 1: Select ‘Project’ and then ‘Project Master’ from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select ‘Project’ tab at the top.

Step 3: Click on the ‘+ Add’ button to the top right corner.

Step 4: Enter the required details and click on the ‘Create’ button to create a new project.

How to create a new task for a project?

Step 1: Select ‘Project’ and then ‘Project Master’ from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select ‘Task’ tab at the top.

Step 3: Click on the ‘+ Add’ button to the top right corner.

Step 4: Enter the required details and click on the ‘Save’ button to create a new task.

How to add client details for a project:

Step 1: Select ‘Project’ and then ‘Project Master’ from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select ‘Client’ tab at the top.

Step 3: Click on the ‘+ Add’ button to the top right corner.

Step 4: Enter the required details and click on the ‘Save’ button to create a new client.

Note: Once a client is created, assign a project to a client by clicking on the ‘Project’ button, entering the Project name, and then clicking on the ‘Save’ button.

How to create a sub-project?

Step 1: Select ‘Project’ and then ‘Project Master’ from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select 'Sub Project' tab at the top.

Step 3: Click on the ‘+ Add’ button to the top right corner.

Step 4: Enter the required details and click on the ‘Create’ button to create a new sub-project.

How to assign task to a project?

Step 1: Select ‘Project’ and then ‘Project Master’ from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select ‘Project’ tab at the top.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Task’ button adjacent to the project name for which you need to assign the task.

Step 4: Click on the ‘+ Add’ button to the top right corner.

Step 5: Select the ‘Task Name’ and enter the required details and click on the ‘Save’ button to assign the task to the project.

How to assign members to a task?

Step 1: Select ‘Project’ and then ‘Project Master’ from the left side menu.

Step 2: Select ‘Project’ tab at the top.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Task’ button adjacent to the project name for which you need to assign members.

Step 4: Click on the ‘+ Members’ button adjacent to the task name for which you need to assign members.

Step 5: Enter the member’s name and select the required members. Click on the ‘+ Members’ button to assign the members for the task.
