Steps for requesting and editing timesheet entries

Note: Kindly contact your Admin/HR for rights if you are not able to perform the steps below.

Steps:

How to create a request for timesheet entry:
Step 1: Select ‘Project’ and then ‘Request’ from the left side menu.
Step 2: Select ‘Timesheet Entry’ tab at the top.
Step 3: Fill in the required details and click on the ‘Add’ button. You can add multiple entries by clicking the ‘Add’ button after filling each entry.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the entries.
How to edit timesheet entries:
Step 1: Select ‘Project’ and then ‘Request’ from the left side menu.
Step 2: Select ‘Timesheet Summary’ tab at the top.
Step 3: Select the month and year and click on the ‘Search’ button to search for the timesheet entry that you wish to edit.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ button to edit or delete the timesheet entry respectively.
Step 4: Alternatively, click on the ‘Submit’ button to submit the entry for approval.
