Introduction

Pocket HRMS software includes a dedicated training management module, which allows you to plan training sessions and templates easily.

Various steps involved in employee training is explained below.

Note - Kindly contact your Admin/ HR for rights if you are not able to perform the steps below.

Steps

How to setup training for employees:

Step 1: Go to 'Settings'

Step 2: Proceed to 'Training' column.

Step 3: Click on 'Training Management Detailed' for report of an employee. Fill the details shown in the screenshot below and click on 'Download Excel/ PDF'.

Step 4: Click on 'Training' to set training parameters like subject, passing grades, and similar.

Step 5: Training location is necessary to set location for the planned training.

Step 6: The last option 'Trainer Info' involves information of trainer AKA training manager.
