We are thrilled to present our Monthly Update, with enhanced user-friendly tools to elevate your HR experience. Our commitment to innovation and efficiency drives us to bring you seamless updates that transform your HR processes. For the month of August, we have the following enhancements.
Our new and improved Job Tracker Report offers a complete view of all job openings in one place. It includes key details like Job Code, Title, Location, Department, Salary Range, Experience Requirements, Recruiters, Interviewers, Hiring Managers, and Candidate Progress (from application to hiring). Plus, we've unified all recruitment trackers into one, making everything easier to access and manage. You can search for data on-screen or export it to Excel for in-depth analysis.
The Exit Tracker helps HR create detailed reports on employee exits. It includes important details like employee code, resignation date, notice period, last working day, approval statuses, and HR remarks. This tool streamlines the exit process and approval tracking. You can easily search, filter, and export the data to Excel for further analysis.
With the new 'Form Master' system, all existing exit interview questions will automatically move from the old 'Dynamic Form' to the new setup. If a Form Master doesn’t exist, the system will create one and transfer all questions and options without any extra effort. This update removes the need to manually recreate questions, saving time and reducing manual work.
We've added a Head Count Report that gives you a clear view of your workforce during a specific period. It shows key details like how many employees were added or left, changes in total headcount, and important rates like retention and attrition. You can also generate a list of all employees for more detailed analysis.
We’ve created a flexible approval process for job offers. The system allows two options:
Serial Approval: Both the Job Offer Approval Manager and Department Head approve the offer one after the other.
Single Approval: Either the Job Offer Approval Manager or Department Head can approve the offer on their own.
With customizable approval settings, multiple managers or department heads can be included. Each approver can:
Approve the offer as is.
Reject the offer.
Modify details like the offer letter, salary, or validity before approving.
The final approver can send the offer directly to the candidate, without needing further input from the recruiter.
You can now choose all stop payment types at once when downloading reports. Previously, you had to select each type individually. This new option saves time by letting you include all stop payment types in a single report.
We've updated the Pending Joining Document Report to show all document details in a single row. Now, each document's name appears in the heading, with its status (Received or Not Received) listed below. Previously, each document was displayed across multiple rows, but the new format makes it easier to view all details at once.
Now you can set custom week offs using the new date range option in the Week Off Setting screen. Instead of being limited to the default financial year, you can choose any start and end date to manage week offs more flexibly.
Custom Date Range: Define your own start and end dates for week offs.
Enhanced Flexibility: No need to set week offs for the entire financial year; adjust them for your preferred dates.
Easier Management: Save time by setting week offs only for the period you need.
Users can now debit leaves by simply entering the number of days instead of picking a date range. This makes leave management easier and more flexible.
Count-Based Leave Debit: Enter the number of days (e.g., 0.5, 1, 2), and the system automatically calculates the dates within the leave year.
Automatic Date Adjustment: The system selects the start and end dates based on the number of days entered.
Simplified Interface: No need to manually select a date range for standard leave deductions.
Complex Adjustments: For advanced options like Fractional or Split Hours, use the 'Import Debit' tool for precise entries.
User Guidance: Hover over the 'i' icon for detailed leave debit instructions.
We’ve introduced a new Header/Footer feature for Recruitment Email and CTC Templates, allowing users to choose how to display headers and footers in generated PDFs:
No Header/Footer: PDFs will be created without any headers or footers.
System-Generated Header/Footer: Automatically includes a header with the company logo and name, and a footer with the company name and address.
Custom Header/Footer: Users can upload their own header and footer images to be included in the PDFs.
The system allows user deduction of 20% tax if an employee's PAN is not linked with Aadhar. Admin/HR can define in employee’s profile whether the PAN is linked with Aadhar or not and taxes will be calculated based on this during payroll processing.

HR/Admin can now add descriptions to Tax Sections, Sub Sections, and Income Heads. These descriptions appear as tooltips (on the 'i' button) on employees’ TDS Declaration and Proof pages, helping them understand the details.
Also, HR/Admin can choose which Sub Sections and Income Heads to show when an employee selects the New Regime by toggling the 'Include in New Regime' setting to ‘Yes’ or ‘No.’
