To fetch the last year leave report, you need to follow a few steps which is as follows:
1.1 Change the Leave Year
1.2 Download the Leave Report
1.3 Reset the Current Leave Year
Path: Cloud > Settings > Leave > Define Calendar > Edit icon of the year for which leave report will be extracted > Default Financial Year > Save
Step 1: Login to cloud portal, click on ‘Settings’ from the menu, select ‘leave’ tab and click ‘Define calendar’.
Step 2: Select the year for which the leave report is required by clicking on ‘edit icon’ on the right top corner.
Step 3: From the ‘Set default financial year’ option, select ‘Yes’ from the dropdown and click on ‘Save’.
Path: Cloud > Analytics > Reports > Leave > Report Wizard > Fill in the Details> Download (PDF/Excel)
Step 1: From the cloud portal, select ‘Analytics’ from menu, and click ‘Reports’ from the sub-menu.
Step 2: Click “Leave’ tab, and select ‘Report Wizard’.
Step 3: Fill the details such as ‘Employee Code’, ‘Type of Leave’, ‘Category’, ‘Data Range’ and click on ‘Download (Pdf/Excel)’.

Path: Cloud > Settings > Leave > Define Calendar > Edit icon of the year for which leave report is needed > Default Financial Year > Save
Follow the path of point no. 1.1 to reset the current leave year after extracting the last year leave report.
Note- It is mandatory that, after you finish extracting the report, go back and reset the settings to the current leave year by choosing the current financial year. If this isn’t set correctly, it could cause problems with payroll processing or accurate report generation.
