We are thrilled to present our Monthly Update, with enhanced user-friendly tools to elevate your HR experience. Our commitment to innovation and efficiency drives us to bring you seamless updates that transform your HR processes. For the month of May 2025, we have the following enhancements.
HR/Admin users can upload weekly offs in two ways: week-wise and date-wise, especially when weekly offs are set per employee. Earlier, only date-wise uploads were allowed. Now, users can:
Assign weekly offs in bulk using a week-wise format
Create reusable templates
Set custom date ranges
Map Excel columns easily based on format
Furthermore, the built-in checks ensure data accuracy, making the process faster and reducing manual work.
A new “Show Shift Details” checkbox is now available in the Attendance Monthly Summary Report. When HR/Admin selects it, the downloaded Excel will include each employee’s shift name by date, along with attendance details — making shift verification easier.
Admins can now export Appraisal Parameters and Questions in Excel format. The report is generated Business Unit-wise and Stage-wise, based on selected filters, and shows the details configured in the system.
Earlier, only one trainer could be assigned to a session.
Now, you can assign multiple trainers to a single session.
All assigned trainers can view the session under their employee sessions tab.
Only one trainer (among the assigned ones) can mark attendance.
This avoids confusion and ensures only one accurate status (Present or Absent) is recorded.
Now you can track progress on reference materials in a learning program.
Admins can now add multiple reference documents while setting up the program from the Cloud portal.
Once published, employees can view these materials in the ESS portal under the assigned program.
Progress starts at 0% and updates as employees click “NEXT” on each material, marking it as read.
A progress bar shows how much has been completed (e.g., reading 2 of 4 files = 50% progress).
This helps both employees and managers monitor engagement and ensure assigned materials are read.
We’ve added three new training reports in the Cloud portal:
Training Master Report – Full training history with quiz scores and feedback
Employee Training Card Report – Employee-wise summary with average score
Training Progress Report – Real-time progress with % completed and time taken
You can filter by employee, training name, date, or learning type. Reports are available in PDF and Excel formats with the ease to track quiz marks, grades, feedback, and exam attempts, with color-coded bars to show progress at a glance.

You can now select a date range for Applied Date and Expense Date in HR reports instead of just one day. This helps you view more entries at once and get accurate results within the valid date range.
Users could only select a single date for Applied Date and Expense Date, showing data for just one day.
You can now choose a date range for both fields to view more expense records at once.
The selected range must be within the actual available dates to ensure accurate results.
You can now easily track employee status in the Joined List Report with the added option to view active or inactive records. This enhancement improves visibility and helps in better workforce analysis.
An Employee Status filter has been added to the Joined List report.
Active (Default)
Inactive
Both
Enables users to generate the joined employee list based on the selected employee status for more targeted reporting.
Reports can be downloaded in PDF or Excel format.
A new field called Separation Type has been added to classify employee exit as ‘Voluntary’ (employee’s choice) or ‘Involuntary’ (otherwise).
The list of options like Resignation, Termination, Absconding is now called Separation Category, and reasons like Better Opportunity or Better Pay are now grouped under Separation Reason.
These options are available to HR during employee separation from both Cloud and ESS.
