We are thrilled to present our Monthly Update, with enhanced user-friendly tools to elevate your HR experience. Our commitment to innovation and efficiency drives us to bring you seamless updates that transform your HR processes. For the month of December, we have the following enhancements.
Now you can process payroll postings with greater flexibility. The payroll posting can now be processed using specific date ranges. Based on your setup, you can choose to post payroll data either calendar-wise or by selecting date-wise option with ease.
Assign shifts to multiple employees at once, and easily edit or delete assigned shifts. Now, the system will automatically transfer selected shifts to the next year based on your leave calendar. We have also added a filter to easily sort the data based on business unit, category, or shift name. Also, you can easily find employee using their name or employee. Making your shift management swift and well-organized.
The Admin Approval screen now features a new Filter button. You can click on it to open a pop-up where you can set filter conditions using various Employee Master fields like Bank Name, Blood Group, Branch, Department, and more.
The system allows you to combine multiple conditions and add additional criteria by clicking the "Insert Row" button. Once your conditions are set, you can save them or close the popup without saving them. You also get the flexibility to remove individual filter rows. This enhancement streamlines data management and helps you find information quickly and efficiently.
Now the exported Annual Summary, Monthly Summary, My Report, My Teams Report, and Employee Reports visually retain the same colour-coding as the web interface. This gives you better consistency and ease of understanding the information.
Each attendance status has a unique colour:
Absent (A): Red
Present (P): Green
Holiday (H): Pink/Light Red
Other statuses (e.g., On Duty, Week Off, Invalid Punch) retain their specific colours.
Our latest update lets you decide whether you want to allow employees to apply for "On Duty" even if their punch entries are incomplete or invalid. This makes it easier for employees to submit their on-duty requests if they work in multiple locations in the same day and enhances attendance management.
Now in the ‘Employee Eligibility’ screen, you get filter options to easily search and sort records using predefined fields. We also provide the option to multi-select dropdowns for fields with multiple values. Along with that, a search field helps you to find results based on keywords. These features will not only reduce the time & effort but also elevate your user experience.
Now you can simply tick a checkbox to hide the empty columns. The columns with new values will be removed from the screen as well as from the Excel report. This makes it easier to read and focus on the relevant information.
With our latest update you can set holiday dates for future calendar years, even if the leave calendar for those years is not active yet. These holidays for future years will stay inactive until the respective calendar year is activated. So, you can prepare in advance with ease without impacting the current year configurations.
Now, based on the selected business unit, the system will automatically generate employee code during importing multiple employees, adding new employees as well as during the candidate onboarding. This reduces the manual effort and adds convenience to employee management.
Now, the system will spot and flag duplicate expense entries based on the expense type and expense amount. System will notify employee about it and they can easily edit or delete duplicate entries directly from the pop-up notification. This improves efficiency in expense management and saves time.
Now you can experience faster template creation by simply selecting the template tags from the dropdown. This reduces the effort to manually enter the template and improves efficiency by eliminating the possibility of error.
No more tagging the department heads one by one. Simply import department heads details and priorities at once using the Excel sheet in the FnF Department Head Manager. You can also generate an Excel sheet with a list of all department heads saved so far, reducing time and effort as well as bringing precision to the process.
Now you get the flexibility to assign a single manager to all departments. This will save a lot of time during manual entry. You also get an option to replace the current manager with a new one, in the FnF Department Head Manager with a single click, making the process hustle free.
Admin/HR can now send email notifications to Department Heads for Exit and FnF-related events, such as when an employee submits their separation request or when FnF forms are activated. You can easily choose the type of event, either 'Exit' or 'FnF', to specify which department heads should receive the email notification.
The trackers in the Recruitment module now capture data from all custom fields for both Candidates and Jobs. Previously, only default fields were tracked. This improvement will provide more detailed data analysis by capturing all relevant information.
