🟩June 2025
We are thrilled to present our Monthly Update, with enhanced user-friendly tools to elevate your HR experience. Our commitment to innovation and efficiency drives us to bring you seamless updates that transform your HR processes. For the month of June 2025, we have the following enhancements.
Restriction on On-Duty during Week Offs and Holidays
This setting allows HR/Admin to prevent employees from applying for On-Duty on weekly offs and designated holidays. It includes two dropdown options to easily control and configure this restriction.
Dropdowns:
• On Duty Restrict – Holiday (Yes/No)
• On Duty Restrict – Week Off (Yes/No)

LWF and Prof. Tax Locations Added by Default
We’ve now added all LWF and Professional Tax locations to the Pop-Up Data by default. This removes the need to manually create them each time. HR/Admin can now simply choose from 16 pre-defined LWF Locations and 37 pre-defined Prof. Tax Locations while adding or editing employees.

Gender Field Now Includes ‘Transgender’ Option
Admin/HR can now choose Transgender as a gender option, along with Male and Female, when creating or editing employee profiles.

Email Notification for Monthly Attendance Summary
In the recent enhancement, the system sends each employee a monthly attendance summary email on the set date and time. It includes a link to download their personal Excel attendance report for the month.

Improved Email Templates for Password Reset
Now a new option is available to send a ‘password generation’ or ‘reset’ email to employees when their Self-Service role is reset. This helps HR inform employees about their password change due to an update in their account (e.g., role change).
Email templates have been updated for the following cases:
First-time password generation
Password reset by Admin/HR
Password reset requested by the employee
Password successfully reset by the employee

Enhancements in Managing Resignation and LWD
We have enhanced the management of Resignation Date and Last Working Date (LWD) with more control and flexibility. We’ve improved how you manage Resignation and Last Working Dates. You can now:
Set how default dates should appear if they fall on a holiday or weekly off
Allow or restrict Employees, Managers, and HRs from updating the Last Working Date
Allow or restrict them from updating the Resignation Date
Control whether these updates are allowed on holidays or weekly offs.
All these settings can be managed separately for Employees, Managers, and HRs.

Control Visibility of Sub-Section Limits in TDS Page
You can now choose to show or hide the sub-section limit in the TDS Declaration and Proof Entry pages. The limit stays active, but employees won’t see it while filling their declarations.

Improved Worksheet Generation
In the recent enhancement, you can now generate worksheets for any monthly range within the current financial year. There's also an option to generate them for all employees or only for live/left employees. The system will create the latest Income Tax Processed worksheet based on your selection.

Added Learning Details Placeholder to Email Template
This feature lets you add learning details into email templates using separate placeholders for each field like Learning Name, Duration, Start/End Date, Trainer Type, Learning Head, and Location. These placeholders automatically fill in based on the employee’s scheduled session.
Example:
Learning Name: Communication Skills | Duration: 2 Days | Start Date: 08 July 2025
Each field is filled automatically using system placeholders.

Helpdesk Tags Now Shown on Tickets
In the recent update, both the employees and agents can now see the tags added when a Helpdesk ticket is raised by an employee. The tags are visible on the ticket list page as well as inside the ticket.

Confirmation Date Update in HR Letters
In the recent update a new dynamic field, “Confirmation Approved Date” has been added to the HR Letter template. It shows the actual date when the confirmation was approved by the manager or system, even if it’s different from the scheduled date.
