We are thrilled to present our Monthly Update, with enhanced user-friendly tools to elevate your HR experience. Our commitment to innovation and efficiency drives us to bring you seamless updates that transform your HR processes. For the month of July, we have the following enhancements.
Now it’s easier to get a complete view of employee details, as alongside the employee's designation, you will also see their ‘Department’ on the top section of their profile. This means you can instantly know both their role and the department they belong to, all in one glance.

Simplified Employee Mapping - Our pre-configured list makes document mapping quick and easy, saving you time and effort.
Seamless Cross-Company Integration - If a field is missing in your cross-company setup, a pop-up alert will appear. You can simply click on the 'Proceed' and the system will automatically create the necessary field.
Now you can get all the trip details in expense with our new ‘Trip Detailed Report’. It enables you to get employee information, including their location and shift times. Plus, you get all the trip-specific information you need—like Start KM, End KM, and Total KM in a single report making it easy and time-efficient to analyse all the details.
Now the ‘Maximum Count’ for the Regularization and On Duty will be aligned with existing leave calendar configurations i.e. ‘Month-wise’ or ‘Date-wise’. The option to set the maximum leave calendar will also reflect the leave configurations.
For example,
Let’s consider a case where leave calendar is set ‘Date-wise’, from 21st of current month to 20th of next month. Then the system will show this specific this date range in the option to set ‘Maximum Count’ for Regularization and on Duty. The system will also the consider the value you put in maximum count feature for this specific date range only.
In case, the leave calendar is set ‘Month-wise’, the maximum Regularization and On Duty count will be set and considered according to the respective months. (Standard Calendar Month).
Now, you can quickly draft comprehensive Recruitment and CTC emails with new & efficient placeholders. That enrich the email templates and makes your communication seamless and precise. Our newly introduced placeholders include:
Job Title
Job Code
Job Department
Job Type
Job Cost Center
Job Grade/Level
Job Position
Along with that, you get Annual and Monthly CTC placeholders in both words and numbers format making the template more convenient than ever before.
Managing employee resignation is now made easier with the ‘Lock Resignation Date’ feature. That makes the resignation date non-editable for employees. So, the day on which an employee requests separation from the ESS portal, the same date will be considered as a resignation date for them and they can’t change it later. That gives more structured approach to the separation management process and improve efficiency.
With our latest update, when you go to Data Wizard go get a Separation Report, it gives you a complete view. As, now along with the approved entries you will also get details for requests that are pending for approval. So, you get informed about a complete picture and then you can act quickly on any pending requests.
Pocket HRMS now provides you with greater flexibility. You can configure leave credit based on attendance, using various date parameters, such as the Date of Confirmation, Date of Joining, and more.
