We've upgraded the late mark customization to now include deductions for late days, which are determined by shift settings and prioritize different types of leave. Admin/HR can now save specific settings for various shifts, enabling them to prioritize the deduction of certain types of leave before others.
We've simplified permission settings for employees working different shifts. Now, you can set permissions once for an employee to apply across all their shifts. For example, if an employee is allowed 2 hours monthly for both Morning and Evening shifts, the system ensures this limit isn't exceeded even if he requests different hours for each shift.
If the shift setting is 'Current In-Tomorrow Out' and there's no punch-out recorded, perhaps due to reasons like a holiday, a day off, an unassigned shift, or a modified punch, activating this setting will make the system automatically fill in the punch-out time when the 'In-Out Import' operation is carried out.
We've introduced a new email template and app notifications for our travel modules. The template makes it easy to communicate travel plans and updates clearly, while app notifications provide instant alerts for any changes to the itinerary. These improvements simplify our processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience within our organization.
The ‘Employee Confirmation Pending’ tab shows tasks awaiting employee feedback for approval or rejection, while the ‘Action Pending’ column indicates how long the task has been awaiting confirmation when the manager extends the confirmation period, streamlining communication and ensuring timely task completion.
In the mobile app an Approval menu is added to the Profile section, matching the web ESS functionality. This update allows for Shift and Permission approvals. It streamlines mobile experience with essential approval features.
Permission Approval – Hourly based
The Task-Based Employee Work Hour Report offers a comprehensive breakdown of individual work. It includes essential information such as employee names, task/project details, dates and total hours worked per task. That helps managers in resource optimization, project tracking, and productivity enhancement while promoting transparency, accountability, and compliance with labor regulations.
The learning reports now provide detailed breakdown, including pre-test and post-test percentages, and success statuses for the both. This thorough report offers clear insights into learners' progress and performance, enabling more accurate assessment of training effectiveness and individual proficiency. Administrators can use these added metrics to make informed decisions, optimizing learning outcomes and customizing future training programs.
Our system's organization chart visually displays the company's hierarchy, detailing departments and job titles for each employee; users can easily access comprehensive information on any individual, fostering clear communication and collaboration across the organization.
Employee separation platform now incorporates a Cross-Company feature, enabling managers to approve requests from employees in different departments or subsidiaries, streamlining coordination and decision-making across the organization. With this feature integrated into employee profiles, ensures secure management of cross-company operations.
Before, rejected reimbursement reports didn't show up in travel reports, but now users can see reimbursement details regardless of rejection, enhancing transparency and facilitating better tracking and management of travel expenses.
Our upgraded recruitment module now allows recruiters to blacklist or whitelist candidates, streamlining candidate management. Blacklisting bars undesirable candidates from future consideration, while whitelisting prioritizes preferred candidates, optimizing recruitment efficiency by focusing on the most suitable candidates for available positions.
We've introduced a new 'Job Report' within the Hire Module of ESS, offering Admins, HR, and Recruiters comprehensive insights into company job listings. With the ability to download the report based on selected filters, users can efficiently gather and analyze job-related data.

A new feature allows companies to control how often candidates can reapply for a position, preventing the reuse of Mobile, Email ID, and Aadhar ID by default across all jobs. Admin/HR can set waiting periods of 30, 60, or 90 days, or customize the duration before reapplication is allowed, either for specific jobs or all. The system ensures candidates fill in required parameters to prevent skipping, notifies them of waiting periods, and prompts updates if duplicate profiles are detected after the waiting period. This feature ensures fair and efficient candidate management, preventing spam and encouraging updated candidate information.
Admins now have the ability to directly approve or reject Job Modifications, similar to Job Requisitions, with notifications promptly informing the Recruiter of the decision from the Admin Profile, ensuring smoother and more efficient workflow management.
