We are thrilled to present our Monthly Update, with enhanced user-friendly tools to elevate your HR experience. Our commitment to innovation and efficiency drives us to bring you seamless updates that transform your HR processes. For the month of July, we have the following enhancements.
The Attendance Regularization Report now shows both the actual IN/OUT times and the regularized IN/OUT times. This gives you a complete view of attendance records. The enhancement is reflected in My Report, Team Report, as well as Employee Report.
Remark Configuration for Regularization and On Duty
Now, HR can choose whether to make it mandatory for employees to provide remarks while submitting the regularization & on duty requests or not. If you make remarks mandatory, employees will have to provide them. If it is kept optional, employees can choose to submit their requests with or without remarks.
With our new enhancement along with the On-duty Remarks you can also configure the dropdown values for the ‘On-Duty Type’ field. The configured values will be visible to employee in dropdown options for easy selection. Providing greater ease, segregation and keep comprehensive information.
Some Examples for reference,
On Duty Type: Work from Home, Field Work, Client Meetings, External Training Sessions, Site Visits, etc.
On Duty Remarks: Equipment Maintenance, Client Follow-up, Project Coordination, Research and Development, etc.
Pocket HRMS allows you to download a detailed Comp Off Elapse Report. The report includes dates when comp offs were credited, how many have been used, the remaining balance, manager approvals, and details about expired comp offs.
To get this report, make sure the Elapse Feature is set up in the Leave Configuration screen.
The week-off setting is now more flexible than ever before. Now you have more control and select whether the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th occurrence of a day (like Sunday) should be your week-off for a certain date range.
Once you save the settings, your choices will be clearly shown on the screen for easy reference and full transparency.
Employees who haven't finished their scheduled shift hours will now automatically receive an email notification. The email will include details like how many hours are missing, the actual shift hours, and other important information.
We’ve created a new, all-in-one employee dashboard that gives a clear view of everything important. Employees can easily check their profile details, shift schedules, upcoming events, leave history, monthly attendance, and company news. With a fresh, easy-to-use design, we’ve also made it simpler for employees to apply for leave, view salary details, and connect with their managers.
We’ve made it easier to select and switch between companies. Now, when you click on the company field, start typing the company name, and it will instantly appear, allowing you to switch companies with just one click. This update makes navigation faster and reduces the number of steps needed.
You can now upload multiple files at once when submitting expenses. Now, you can add several files, and they will be downloaded together in a ZIP folder. The system has a size limit—each file can be up to 5MB, and for multiple files, the total size can be up to 20MB. This new feature is available on both the web and mobile apps, saving a lot of time and effort.
We've added a new page where employee can easily see all the pending travel advance requests. The user can also view any rejected requests on this page and use the new EDIT option to make changes and resubmit them, or simply resubmit without any changes. Eliminating the need to create a new request from the scratch if the previous one is rejected, making the process faster and more efficient.
Get better clarity with our new simpler and easy to understand cards. Now, the Learning Card layout also gives you quick options to easily edit, archive, copy, or delete cards
The Learning Card shows important information, including:
Trainer details
Learning mode
Learning period
Duration in hours and days
Pocket HRMS now provides is an option to sort fields by module name and order number. Making it quicker to identify which fields were created for each module and simpler to find the information you need.
Now in addition to the Extend and Confirm button, we’ve added a separate Reject button in the probation and training decision interface. Managers can easily reject an employee during their probation or training period, change their status, and send a notification. The confirmation page will also show if an employee has been rejected.
Now we make it easier to use Employee Confirmation Form. The new design is clearer and better organized, helping HR managers and team leads evaluate employee performance more effectively. This updated form incorporates your feedback and follows best practices from the previous version.
With our latest update HR can now let managers change the Last Working Date when they approve an employee’s Separation request. The request for change will be communicated to higher-level managers, department heads, and HR during the approval process.
The access can be easily controlled from the ‘Exit Notification Settings’ page.
We’ve added new fields to the Separation Module in Data Wizard! Now, HR can easily create a customized Exit Report based on their needs. This way you always get complete exit report as per your company policies.
Experience the seamless exit process from the mobile app. Employees can now submit their resignation requests directly from their mobile apps. Managers and Department Heads can approve or reject these requests right from their phones as well. This feature is available on both Android and iOS, and it works just like it does on the web. Providing consistent & uniform experience.
Admins and HR can now change the Header and Footer in each Email and CTC template for the recruitment module. If the main Header and Footer are set to Custom, they can update the images in each template without affecting the primary setting. You can also delete images from individual templates if needed.
Now, Admins and HR can easily add custom attachments when handling the Full and Final Settlement. They can upload one file at a time or several files together in a .zip format, with a maximum size of 5 MB. Later, these files can be downloaded using the ‘Preview’ option, which will include both the files and the FnF checklist.
The system will now display tags on the Salary Details screen to show how salaries were processed. For instance, if the salary includes Income Tax, a tag will appear to indicate this. This feature will help HR easily understand how each salary was calculated. You’ll also see these tags on the Salary Summary page.
