Clarity with Data Segregation
Pocket HRMS now offers you better flexibility while exporting reporting manager details from the Data Wizard. You can choose whether you want to keep the Manager’s name and Manager’s code in a single column or segregate these two in the separate columns.
Date-Range Based Passwords Generation
Pocket HRMS allows you to generate passwords for new employees who joined in a particular date range. You also get an option to overwrite the existing password for comprehensive coverage. Make it easier to generate password for new employee with a well-organized system.
Multiple SMTPs for Birthday E-mails
Now, you can create and manage multiple SMTP configurations for birthday email templates. You can now define several SMTP settings with unique server details and authentication credentials. The required the SMTP setting option can be selected from the ‘Sender's Email’ field during template creation.
Effortless Exit Form & Enhanced Flexibility
Now, exit forms can be generated directly from the general form creation page by simply selecting the ‘Exit Management’ option. Pocket HRMS provides you the flexibility to add multiple questions and customize those to gather relevant feedback making it more convenient.
Optimized Employee Separation
Pocket HRMS will block the separation if the employee has any pending requests for
Leaves, On-Duty, Regularizations, Expenses, Reimbursements, or Loans. The system will display the 10 most recent pending requests in each category and also provide you with an option to download an Excel report. That makes the process of reviewing pending requests and taking the necessary steps to proceed with the separation, quick and effortless.
Inclusive Marital Status Options
We've updated the marital status field to offer employees more choices that better reflect their situations. This change provides greater flexibility and inclusivity, allowing employees to accurately represent their status.
Recruitment Templates with Candidate Info
We have enhanced our recruitment templates with master fields so you can get essential candidate information with ease. This includes job code, job position, job cost centre, Aadhar number, PAN (Permanent Account Number) long with the ‘additional information’ fields allowing to add other relevant details.
Hassle-Free Document Uploads
Now we enhanced the user-experience for the bulk employee document upload page contains a dedicated drop zone for easy uploads. If files don’t meet criteria the system will show an error and the files won't be uploaded so you can make the necessary corrections.
Adjust the Last Working Day with Ease
If an employee's Last Working Day (LWD) falls on a weekend or holiday, use the 'Last Working Day Adjustment' setting to shift the LWD based on the following options:
• Move to Next Working Day
• Move to Previous Working Day
• Stay on Holiday/Weekend
This feature allows better alignment with company policies and simplifies exit formalities for employees.
Effortless Shift Assignment on Week-Offs
The Pocket HRMS roster management screen enables you to assign shifts on week-offs without replacing the week-off. This ensures accurate calculation of compensatory offs.
Show Only Relevant Leave Option
Pocket HRMS now allows you to make your employee’s leave application experience clutter-free. You can choose to show gender-specific leave options only to the relevant users. For example, you can choose to show the ‘Maternity Leave’ option to only ‘Female’ users and the male users won’t see options that isn’t applicable to them.
Flexible Attendance Summary Display
You can customize how to show the ‘Annual Attendance Summary’ to employees offering greater flexibility and makes it easier to grasp the information. You can now choose from three options:
Default View: Shows summaries from the 1st to the 31st of each month.
Leave Calendar View: Reflect summaries based on leave calendar settings, like from the 26th to the 25th of the next month.
Month Days View: Shows the summary based on the number of days in the month. This setting is category-specific, so the view on the employee screen will reflect the appropriate category.
Effortless Grace Time Adjustments
We have enhanced time-based leave deductions with an option for additional flexibility.
Set grace time bypass limit- Allows users to specify how many times employees can bypass the limit without getting penalized.
Review grace time settings - The link quickly redirects you to the ‘Late Setting’ screen where you can manage grace time configurations.
Allow grace time bypass - Selecting this checkbox allows to apply grace time bypass limit for the individual custom Range.
Consider Half Day Deduction if Less than Grace Time – If deduction ‘Full Day’ is selected for any range. Selecting this checkbox allows the system to deduct the ‘Half Day’ if the employee has arrived in the grace time but did not cross the grace time bypass limit.
Bulk Peer Uploads Transform Appraisal Process
Pocket HRMS now saves you a lot of time in the appraisal process with a bulk upload feature. Now, users can upload multiple peers at once, making the appraisal process much smoother.
Precise Break-Shift Reports: Defined In/Out Flags
Now, the user can download the break-shift reports based on specific In/Out flags. You can choose whether the alternate punches should be classified as In and Out in the report or to generate the report according to defined In/Out flags, ensuring to reflect accuracy in punch received.
Boosted Appraisal Flexibility: Quick Data Transfer
Experience improved flexibility and efficiency in the appraisal process through a quick transfer of all configured data. This includes stages, parameters, questions, and the approval matrix for the new year, ensuring greater efficiency.
