How to sent payslip on WhatsApp?

To activate option of Payslip on WhatsApp an additional cost will be applicable, for which kindly email to [email protected]

Once activated, follow the path below to release the payslips on WhatsApp:

Path: Login cloud > Analytics > Reports > Payroll > Payslip > Select Category > Employee > Month > Send by WhatsApp.

Step 1: Login to cloud portal, go to ‘Analytics’ menu, and select ‘Reports’ sub-menu.

Step 2: Under the ‘Payroll’ tab, select the ‘Payslip’ sub-tab.

Step 3: Select ‘Category’, ‘Month’, and ‘Select Employee’ if you want to release payslip in WhatsApp to any specific employee or keep the field blank to send it to all the employees.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Send by WhatsApp’ option.
